• One night deposit required on 1-4 night stays to secure reservation
• Two night deposit required on 5 or more night stays to secure reservation
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Personal Check
• Personal check accepted if reservation is made three weeks prior and must be received within 7 days of booking date.
• Guests are responsible for all nights reserved
• Sorry…no refunds for early departure.
• Balance is due upon check-in.
• Check-in time: guaranteed by 3:00pm (however, cabins are usually available by 1pm)
• Check-out time: 11am
• No pets allowed on Lake Shore property

Your deposit will be refunded less $25.00 booking fee if you cancel or re-schedule at least 14 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel or re-schedule with less than 14 days notice, your deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. No refunds for early departure unless we can re-rent your remaining days.




Please.... do not use map quest online for directions.... they do not have the correct roads for our area...and you will get lost!

Directions From The East

From Eureka Springs, take Hwy 62 west to 187 South turn left (Exxon, RiverLake on the corner). Go 4 miles and take the left fork in the road (lots of signs in the fork including ours) onto Mundell Road. Go 2 miles. . . we are located on the right hand side of the road. . . follow signs to the office entrance.


Directions From The West

From Hwy 71 (I-540) at Bentonville, take exit 86 onto 62 east and go 27 miles. Go one mile past 187 north and turn RIGHT onto 187 south (you will see a large sign saying Beaver Dam). Go 5 miles on 187 and watch very carefully for Mundell Road (if you go as far as Thomas Realty, you’ve gone ˝ mile too far). Take a hard switchback right onto Mundell Road. Go 2 miles down and we are located on the right hand side of the road . . . follow signs to the office entrance.
